1. Introduction

1.1. Please ensure that you read and review all sections of these Affiliate Program Terms of Use before agreeing to them. By applying to participate in this program, the applicant shall be deemed to have agreed to all provisions herein.

2. Definitions

－7spin.com (the “Site”)

－Plustar N.V. (the “Company”)

－Affiliate Program: The partnership between the Site and the Affiliate, wherein the Affiliate promotes the Site and is expected to continuously generate new players.

－Affiliate: A person or entity who participates in the Affiliate Program of the Site.

－Affiliate Media: Websites, pages, or other media maintained and operated by the Affiliate to promote the Site.

－Player: An individual who creates a play account on the Site.

－Player Account: The account created by a Player upon registration with the Site.

－Affiliate Link: A unique hyperlink provided for promotional use by the Affiliate. A Player who completes registration through this link becomes a Sub-Affiliate of the Affiliate.

－Affiliate Code: A unique code for promotional use by the Affiliate. A Player who inputs this code during registration becomes a Sub-Affiliate of the Affiliate.

－Affiliate Account: An account issued upon registration as an Affiliate of the Site.

－Sub-Affiliate: A Player who registers through the Affiliate Link or Affiliate Code.

－Active Sub-Affiliate: A Sub-Affiliate who has made a deposit and placed a bet.

－Commission: The compensation granted by the Site to the Affiliate under these Terms.

3. Representations and Warranties of the Affiliate

3.1. The Affiliate represents, warrants, and covenants to the Company as follows:

3.1.1. During the term of the Affiliate relationship, accepting and performing obligations under this Agreement shall not and will not breach any contract to which the Affiliate is a party or otherwise bound.

3.1.2. All information and data provided to the Company, Players, or other parties under this Agreement shall be accurate, current, and not misleading.

3.1.3. The Affiliate fully understands and agrees to these Terms.

3.2. The Company will review the submitted information and notify the applicant of the result via email. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any application.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Company

4.1. The Company will record the total commission and provide access to commission data and statistics via the Affiliate Account.

4.2. The Company shall pay commissions in accordance with these Terms.

4.3. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or any part of the Affiliate Program at any time, at its sole discretion.

4.4. The Company has absolute discretion in determining whether to accept any new Affiliate.

4.5. The Company may, without prior notice, revoke the rights of an Affiliate if it determines that the Affiliate:

4.5.1. Fails to comply with domestic or international regulations.

4.5.2. Violates Company policy.

4.5.3. Fails to safeguard the interests of the Company, Players, Sub-Affiliates, or any third party.

4.6. The Company will implement anti-money laundering measures using high-level security and will manage and use the following personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy:

4.6.3. Date of Birth

4.6.4. Country of Residence and Address

4.6.5. Email Address and Phone Number

5. Rights and Obligations of the Affiliate

5.1. The Affiliate agrees and warrants the following:

5.1.1. To market and promote the Site at its own expense, maximizing mutual benefit.

5.1.2. To use only the Affiliate Links, Codes, and marketing tools provided through the 7SPIN Affiliate Program.

5.1.3. To conduct promotional activities in a professional and appropriate manner under these Terms.

5.1.4. To comply at all times with applicable laws, including those relating to data protection and privacy.

5.1.5. To maintain and update the Affiliate Media in accordance with changes to the Site.

5.1.6. To bear full responsibility for any misleading content or damages resulting from such on the Affiliate Media.

5.1.7. To promote the Site in a favorable manner.

5.1.8. Not to engage in or distribute discriminatory, obscene, illegal, sexual, pornographic, or violent content.

5.1.9. Not to target individuals under the legal gambling age.

5.1.10. Not to use trademarks, intellectual property, or expressions not authorized by the Company.

5.2. The Affiliate must keep login credentials confidential and secure. The Affiliate bears sole responsibility for any leakage or misuse due to its own fault.

5.3. The Affiliate is responsible for all activities conducted using its User ID and password. Any suspected account hijacking must be reported immediately.

5.4. If a Player registers, is referred, or places bets via fraudulent or non-compliant means, the Company reserves the right to freeze the account and withhold commission payments.

6. Commission

6.1. Commissions are paid in accordance with these Terms.

6.2. Commission calculation:

Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) – Total Costs = Net Gaming Revenue (NGR)

Total Costs = Bonus Costs + (GGR × 0.3)

6.3. Commission is paid monthly to the Player Account in U.S. dollars. Payment delays may occur due to system adjustments.

6.4. A negative carryover policy is in effect. Commission is paid only if the Player Account has a positive balance. Negative balances are carried forward.

6.5. The minimum payout threshold is $1.

6.6. If no Active Sub-Affiliate is acquired for three consecutive months, the commission will be reset to zero.

6.7. If no new Players are referred for six consecutive months, the account will be frozen and all commissions reset to zero.

6.8. Deductions from commissions may include the following. The Company reserves the right to withhold payments if prohibited activities are suspected.

6.8.1. Rebates from experience bonuses

6.8.2. Promotional costs

6.8.3. Game platform usage fees

6.8.4. Pool usage fees

6.8.5. Service fees

6.9. Affiliates must refund any commission received from fraudulent or erroneous transactions.

7. Prohibited Activities

7.1. If any of the following are detected, the commission for the corresponding week shall be forfeited, and the Affiliate Account frozen:

7.1.1. Sub-Affiliates share the same IP or name.

7.1.2. Self-affiliation: registering a Player Account through one's own Affiliate Account.

7.1.3. Registering existing Players through one’s own Affiliate Link or Code.

7.1.4. Becoming a Sub-Affiliate of another Affiliate.

7.1.5. Earning commissions in collusion with other Affiliates.

7.1.6. Affiliates and Sub-Affiliates colluding to earn commissions.

7.2. Using one's own Affiliate Account to register oneself, friends, employees, or third parties as Players, and depositing funds for personal use to increase commission is considered fraud.

7.3. Disclosing internal information accessible after logging into the Affiliate Account to any third party, regardless of intent, is prohibited. The Affiliate is liable for any resulting loss or damage.

8. Liability and Limitation of Liability

8.1. The Company shall not be liable for:

8.1.1. Economic losses (including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, business, or contracts).

8.1.2. Loss of reputation of the Affiliate or Affiliate Media.

8.1.3. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8.2. The Affiliate shall be liable for all losses, claims, damages, or expenses incurred directly or indirectly by itself, its partners, websites, Players, or Sub-Affiliates.

8.3. The Company is not liable for any losses or damages incurred by the Affiliate, even if resulting from the inability to operate the Affiliate Program.

9. Confidential Information

9.1. All information shall be treated as confidential and may not be used for personal, commercial, or any other purpose without prior written consent from the Company.

9.2. Confidential information may only be used for fulfilling obligations under this Program.

9.3. This clause shall survive the termination of the Affiliate Agreement.

10. Termination

10.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement via email. If the Company’s gaming services infringe upon player rights, this Agreement shall automatically terminate.

10.2. Either party may immediately terminate the Agreement upon a material breach by the other.

10.2.1. If a misleading or impersonating website is discovered, the Company reserves the right to suspend the account.

10.3. If the Affiliate ceases active promotion, the Company may freeze the account and forfeit commissions after providing notice via email.

10.3.1. If a reasonable number of Players are not introduced for a period of time.

10.3.2. If no Active Sub-Affiliate is acquired for six consecutive months.

10.3.3. If there is a reasonable basis to believe that the Affiliate is not actively promoting the Site.

10.4. Upon termination, the Affiliate must return all confidential materials and promotional tools. Continued use post-termination may result in full repayment of commissions and liability for damages.

10.5. The Affiliate shall remain liable for any breaches that occurred prior to termination.

10.6. The Company reserves the right to exclude any Affiliate engaging in inappropriate behavior (including defamation, threats, or misconduct) and may suspend or freeze the account.

The Affiliate is responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of all changes.

11. Modifications

11.1. The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or delete any provision of these Terms without prior notice. Changes will be communicated via email. Continued participation after publication of the changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
